Over a 3 weeks period, Article Z followed the daily life of independent Algerian journalists. Characters such as Louisa (a freelance photographer), Samiha or Mourad (reporters for daily newspaper), to name but a few, offer a refreshing and compelling vision of the Algerian society, which is in sharp contrast to the one usually presented in the media." “ Some people call me a butcher ”, says the young photographer, urchin-cut and waif-like.
